It was a pleasure doing business with Kate and the installers. She was very personable and was easily available for any questions we had. She often checked on the progress of the installation and gave us updates. The installers were friendly, efficient, and left no mess behind. The windows are of very good quality—so good that we no longer hear outside street noise! The temperature in the house remains more regulated, which translates into energy savings too. We have had no issues since they were installed.

Working with Kate was the easiest, most pleasant experience while building our home. From the first meeting we had, we knew we were in great care with her. We started out with Window 101 information -since we knew nothing about U-factors or R-values but Kate made it super easy to understand, and her attention to detail was so on point and appreciated. The windows came in and were delivered exactly when she quoted, and her installation team was amazing. If every aspect of building was this easy I’d say building was a breeze, we love our windows!
